Richmond's Den 2013
Richmond’s Den is back for 2013. Following the success of last year’s competition, budding or growing social entrepreneurs are invited to ‘Take the Next Step’ - all it takes is 500 words to enter. The winner will walk off with a £10,000 prize package but all entrants will benefit. Shortlisted entrants will receive tailored support to develop their business ideas; all entrants will be offered support through workshops and other events throughout the year. Book a Stall for the Crown Road Summer Fair - 9 June 2013
This years Crown Road Community Fair takes place on Sunday 9th June 2013. If you would like to book a stall at this year’s fair please contact traders@mystmargarets.com
The theme of the fair this year will be - My St Margarets Farm! We will have a visit from a farmer who will be bringing a selection of animals from fluffy chicks and rabbits for children to hold and Pygmy goats and young lambs for them to admire. There will also be farmyard related games and competitions on the day.
My St Margarets Magazine - May 2013 Edition Deadlines
The St Margarets Traders Association are currently planning the next edition of the My St Margarets Magazine. The edition intends to help support the Friends of the Turner House in St Margarets and to help raise funds and awareness of the challenges they face to complete the much needed renovations and repairs to the house.

1,000 Pound competition winner announced...
The Mayor Councillor Rita Palmer visited St Margarets on Monday to announce the winner of the Herdman Family Carpet Shop’s competition.
The Mayor was delighted to announce that M. Griffin was the lucky winner - well done and thank you to everyone who entered. Martin Herdman was so delighted with the response that as a thank you the shop will be awarding discount vouchers to everyone who submitted a correct entry. Look out for your discount voucher arriving soon.
The competition asked, which character did Joshua Herdman play in the Blockbuster movie Harry Potter?
